Wein Construction is a design / build company. We are specialists in open concept design and construction. Seldom do we take on a renovation that doesn’t require the removal of at least one wall. Sometimes that one wall is an outside structural wall which, after removal, creates the access point to a new addition with high ceilings, bright windows, glistening wood floors and a new warmth that changes the feel of the entire house.
We have experience in residential and commercial construction. Our projects have included everything from brand new single family homes to multi-unit condos and loft conversions over the last 30 years.

Computer Aided Design
We can provide the necessary CAD drawings to meet zoning requirements and for your permit application. All of our CAD work is done in-house. We can also provide photo realistic computer renders.
